What “offshore team” means at Lydon
Most offshore offers fall into one of three types. A recruiter sends you CVs and moves on. An outsourcing firm takes a scope of work and delivers it on its own terms. A hiring platform helps you employ someone abroad and leaves the daily management to you. Lydon is none of these.
A Lydon team is your team. The people sit in a supervised office in Tiruppur, India, work your hours, use your systems and logins, and take their instructions from you. Lydon carries the employment, the office, the attendance record and the replacement process, so you do not have to set any of it up in the UAE.
Not recruitment: we don’t send CVs and disappear. Not outsourcing: a dedicated team works inside your workflow, not a fixed scope handed to a vendor.

Task reporting runs on a cadence you agree, and communication goes directly between you and your team. If you want more visibility, monitoring software is available as an optional add-on. We do not rely on invasive keystroke or screen surveillance as the default: supervision and visible work are the foundation.
Who this suits, and who it does not
This model fits UAE businesses whose workload is growing faster than they want their overhead to grow: owner-managed companies, growing service businesses, and teams where one more administrator, accountant’s assistant or support agent would clear a backlog. It works best when you have the work, know how you want it done, and want to direct it yourself.
It is a poor fit if you want a vendor to take full responsibility for a project outcome, or if the work has to be done physically in the UAE. In those cases a project-based outsourcing firm, or a local hire, is the better route, and we will say so.
How the cost works
Hiring one more person in the UAE adds more than a salary. The site’s cost comparison lists eight line items: salary, visa, insurance, gratuity, recruitment fee, desk, office space and management time. With Lydon those collapse into a single rate per seat.
The monthly rate depends on the role, so there is no one price on this page. When we send you screened candidates we send the complete monthly cost with them, and you decide with the full number in front of you. For one example of how salary levels differ, see the document controller page.
Working hours that match the UAE day
India is 1½ hours ahead of the UAE. The team works 10:00–19:00 India time, which is 08:30–17:30 in the UAE, so the whole UAE working day is covered and your morning instructions land while the team is at their desks. The article on UAE and India working hours shows how this plays out day to day.
Your downside, in writing
- A signed Service Agreement with an SLA attached.
- A mutual NDA before any data moves.
- Ownership of all work product stated in writing.
- 30 days’ notice, and that is all you need to give.
- A wrong fit in the first 30 days gets a free replacement. A performance issue gets an improvement period, then a free replacement. If an employee resigns, we replace within 45 days and you are not billed for a seat sitting empty.
