From a supervised office in India — operations are in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. Every seat has CCTV, access control and backup power as standard. The team works 10:00–19:00 India time, which is 08:30–17:30 in the UAE.
Yes. Tell us the role you need. We cover admin and back office, customer, finance, growth and technical roles — and we can build a role around your exact need.
No. Lydon is not a recruitment agency and not an outsourcing shop. We screen candidates and send them to you, but we don't send CVs and disappear: we build and manage a dedicated team integrated with your workflow.
That is our risk. We replace the employee within 45 days, and you are not billed for a seat sitting empty.
In the first 30 days, a wrong fit gets a free replacement. For a performance issue, there is an improvement period, then a free replacement.
Yes. The model is built to start with one: if it works, add a second.
Your systems, with your logins. You keep control of access.
Task reporting on an agreed cadence, and communication goes direct to your team. Monitoring software is available as an optional add-on if you want additional visibility.
