A customer support team from India for UAE businesses

A dedicated support team that answers your customers in your name, in your helpdesk, during the UAE working day, with Lydon managing the people and the office.

What a dedicated support team is

A dedicated support team is not a shared call centre. The people on your seat work for your business only, learn your products and policies, and take direction from you. They use your helpdesk, your email, your chat or your phone system, with your logins, so every conversation stays in your records.

Customer is one of the role families Lydon builds teams for. Typical work includes answering customer emails and chats, logging and tracking tickets, following up on open issues, updating customer records and flagging problems that need a manager.

Hours and coverage

The team works 10:00–19:00 India time, which is 08:30–17:30 in the UAE, so the standard UAE business day is covered. If you need a different pattern, such as weekend coverage or longer hours, raise it when you describe the role so we can tell you what is possible and what it would cost.

Languages and communication style

Customer support depends on language and tone. Tell us which languages you need and the standard of written and spoken communication you expect, and we screen candidates against that brief. We do not assume a language skill that is not in the brief. Ask to see sample written replies as part of choosing a candidate.

Quality and supervision

Quality in support comes from clear policies, scripts for common cases and regular review. Because communication goes directly between you and your team, you can coach the same day. Attendance is recorded biometrically, the office is supervised with CCTV, access control and backup power, and you have a named escalation contact if the arrangement is not working.

We suggest a simple routine in the first month: agree a short knowledge base of answers, review a sample of tickets each week, and give feedback in writing so it becomes the team’s reference.

Cost and exit

One rate per seat, quoted by role, with the complete monthly cost sent together with your screened candidates. It replaces the UAE stack of salary, visa, insurance, gratuity, recruitment fee, desk, office space and management time. A wrong fit in the first 30 days gets a free replacement, and otherwise you leave on 30 days’ notice.

How to prepare a support seat

  1. Write a one-page summary of your products or services, the ten questions customers ask most, and the answer to each.
  2. List the cases that always need a manager, such as refunds above a limit, legal complaints or safety issues.
  3. Agree tone: how formal, which greetings and sign-offs, and which phrases to avoid.
  4. Set response-time targets for each channel so everyone knows what “good” means.
  5. Plan a weekly review of a sample of conversations for the first month.

With those in place a new support team member can handle routine questions within days, and your managers only see the exceptions.

Questions to ask when choosing a candidate

  • Show me how you would reply to an upset customer whose order is late.
  • Write a short reply to this sample question in the tone we use.
  • How do you decide when to escalate rather than answer?
  • What helpdesk or chat tools have you used before?

Ask for a written sample as well as a call. In customer support, writing quality is the product.

When this is not the right fit

A dedicated support seat handles routine, repeatable customer conversations well. It is not the right answer for work that needs deep specialist product knowledge on day one, for regulated advice that only a licensed person in the UAE may give, or for support that must be delivered in person. In those cases keep the specialist work with your own team and give the seat the first line: the questions your staff answer ten times a week.

Questions, answered

Will the team answer in my company name?

Yes. They work as an extension of your team, in your systems, using your templates and tone.

Can the team take phone calls?

Tell us the channels you need (email, chat, phone) when you describe the role, and we screen candidates for them.

Who trains the team on my product?

You do, with the materials you provide. We recommend a short knowledge base and a weekly review of a sample of conversations.

What if a customer issue needs a manager?

Agree an escalation path with your team. Lydon also provides a named escalation contact for issues with the arrangement itself.

Start with one seat

Tell us the role. We send screened candidates together with the complete monthly cost. If it works, add a second. If it doesn’t, you’ve lost 30 days’ notice and nothing else.
